Find a quiet place to safely close your eyes while seated or laying down and then listen to the meditation. Save this to your mobile device(s) and then you are sure to have it available whenever you would like to listen.
When I was in the corporate world I would find an empty conference room, office or bathroom stall and sat quietly for a few moments. This helped me to refresh and renew my energy and it only takes a few minutes.
