30 Jan Confident Reiki Practitioner – Lancaster, PA
December 28, 2018 – December 30, 2018
Join us for this three-day immersion in the healing energy and emerge a Confident Reiki Practitioner
Reiki is a powerful yet gentle healing modality that anyone can learn and make part of their daily life. This instinctive energy healing is facilitated by gently placing the hands on or near the physical body as you and the recipient connect with the universal life source that is in and around every living thing. It is a complementary technique that promotes stress reduction and increased relaxation, thus improving your well-being through all of life’s circumstances. Reiki helps to create and maintain a ‘buffer’ which allows you to respond to life rather than react. Beth will facilitate two days full of possibilities to expand your skills, an opportunity for you to allow your heart to open and your spirit to awaken. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not associated with any religion. This is a chance to look inward and be present in the moment. Learn the importance of self-care and how to share this amazing healing art with others. The environment offers a chance to be comfortable while you honestly explore the universal life energy called Reiki. Do you know that the most common inspiration for attending any Reiki class is for personal development? Many who go on to Reiki Master Teacher level have embraced this healing art for their personal well-being and practice self-care daily.
Over the course the three days we will cover:
- History of Reiki
- Reiki defined
- Hand positions
- Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others
- The Reiki II symbols, how to use them with practice time
- Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits
- Distant healing
- Reiki I and II attunements
- A full day of practice time includes giving and receiving complete Reiki treatments using all the hand positions, self-treatment, and ample practice time using all the level II symbols including distant healing.
This class includes “Reiki, The Healing Touch,” a 192 page manual from International Center for Reiki Training.
